Batting Analysis

Everyone knows that Australia has had the best batting lineup in the world for years. It is not about the current/present lineup. Australians are very athletic and take part in every game of World. They are very consistent in sports, and they have produced the best-ever batter in the World. The one and only Sir Don Bradman was an Australian Batter. Now, you can realize what Australian batting can do.

If we take a look at this World Cup Australian side, then it seems perfect for me. You have two World Class Openers, who are performing in every part of the World. David Warner was just phenomenal in the T20 World Cup Last year. Once you got your innings opened, then you can flow with your rhythm with Steve Smith (Very impressive numbers in Australia and England).

After Steve Smith and openers, now you are ready to use the power-hitting abilities of Glenn Maxwell, Tim David, Mathew Wade, and Marcus Stoinis. Glenn Maxwell has proved himself from time to time how much worthy he can be in power-hitting mode. He is also leading a franchise of BBL (Melbourne Stars) and realized to the World what he can do if he wanted to.

Mathew Wade and Marcus Stoinis are very sharp during running the wickets and scoring runs in death overs. Last Year it was Mathew Wade and Marcus Stoinis who take Australia to the win against Pakistan in Semi-finals (the Toughest match for Australia in that World Cup).

Tim David in Australian Side

Australia introduces Tim David on the Australian Side for the first time. Tim David will be making his debut and will be a key player for Australia maybe as well. Although the Australian side is not dependent upon a single player like other teams, all eyes will be on Tim David. Tim David has played 14 international matches for Singapore with an average of 46 and a strike rate of 158. He has played around the globe in different cricket leagues such as IPL, PSL, BBL, and County Championship. This will be his first appearance as Australian for Tim David.

All-rounder Analysis

If we talk about all-rounders then we can count on all the players which can bowl and bat both well. Then this Australian side has a brilliant all-rounder backup. They have fast and spin both in their all-rounders' attack. First, we can count on Marcus Stoinis, he can bat at any position as we have seen him opening for Melbourne Stars in BBL, and plays as a striker in the Australian side. As he can bat, he is also a medium pacer who can ball at 130+ KPH.

After that, we can count on Maxwell as he is a great batter of all time. He can reverse sweep for long shots as well. Along with his batting, he can bowl a spin ball. He sometimes opens the match with spin bowling for Australia and Melbourne Stars. Another fast seam bowler and perfect with the bat is Mitchel Marsh. He can bat with a good strike rate and bowl at 130+ KPH ball speed.

Steve Smith and Ashton Agar are also allrounders. Steve Smith is a batter who can bowl as well. Whereas Ashton Agr is a left-hand spinner who can bat as well. If we are talking about all-rounders who can bat and bowl at the same time, then this means we can also count on Mitchel Starc and Pat Cummins. As they can bat for long shots.

Bowling Analysis

If we talk about the Australian bowling side then we cannot argue on good or bad players as Australia has always produced perfect fast bowlers. They have perfect bowlers who can bowl at any part of the game. We have seen in the past few years that they ball in different phases of the game. Mitchell Starc opens for Australia most commonly but Cummins and Hazlewood also can. Then they have Ashton Agor and Adam Zampa for middle overs. And they can also go for four fast bowlers if they play with Kane Richardson. Josh Inglis is also available and has proved himself during the past year in International Cricket.
